Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute pleasure! The hosts were available, but not overbearing. They were kind and helpful. The house itself is just lovely, with a beautiful view of pastures and horses. We would stay there over and over and over again.

An authentic ranch stay experience. Surrounded with mountains, lakes, horses and farm animals gives an out of the world experience. Julianne, Andrew and their sons were great hosts. It’s a working ranch and even with their busy schedule they were there to help us with all our needs. Julianne took us to a tour of the ranch which will be an unforgettable experience for us. The house was beautifully built, great big rooms, lots of amenities and a wide view of the mountains from the living room is treat to watch. Will definitely come back to stay here and recommend anyone who wants to have a unique experience

My son and I stayed the Rockin V Ranch during Spring Break and what a fabulous time we had! The hosts were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The Air bnb was well furnished and the kitchen stocked with all the essentials & more! The house was immaculate and having coffee standing on the deck breathing in the fresh morning air was so wonderful. I truly enjoyed the tranquility & peacefulness that Rockin V Ranch offers, time to get away from the city and just enjoy all that nature offers. I will definitely be booking another stay again soon and be bringing more friends and family!

Our first ranch stay, and it was absolutely perfect! They made us feel right at home with our pets and kids, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Our 5 and 7 year kids loved every minute of it, we had a great walk in the trails through the snow, roasted marshmallows by the fire, and met some friendly farm animals. We had plenty of room for our group of 8, the rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and we weren’t missing a thing. They also had EV charging via the RV outlet. The nearby town and Lake were nice but sleepy in the winter, so be sure to bring plenty of food as there’s nothing super convenient nearby. Dont hesitate to book this if you’re after some peace and quiet and the working ranch experience… we’ve made some great memories here and will definitely be back! Thank you to our hosts for making the experience so amazing and unforgettable.

I don’t even know where to start. We were the first group of horse people to stay in the Airbnb at the ranch, so we were not expecting to be so pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful attention to detail regarding our horses! The paddocks were lovely and safe….water was very accessible, we had access to a large pen as well as our individual paddocks so the horses could get out and stretch their legs. We were even provided with a wheelbarrow to clean up! There are lots of trails to adventure out on.
The house was beyond amazing…comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean!
Our hosts were so accommodating and helpful and kind. We hope to come back many many times to this peaceful valley.

The best experience for families looking for outdoor adventures! ATVing, hiking, mountain climbing, splashing in creeks! So much fun to be had. My teenage sons can’t wait to go back. Oh and the hosts are pretty amazing too! My favourite part was spending time with the horses and soaking up the beautiful scenery. Absolutely breathtaking.

Rocking V Ranch For the past few summers our family has made the scenic drive to the ranch. After our first visit our family can’t wait to return. From watching the horses run in the pasture to seeing the cows in the fields. There are endless paths and trails to meander through with a beautiful creek system to explore. During the summer season you are a short drive from Otter Lake where the swimming is amazing. We will keep going back to enjoy the wide open space and fresh clean air!

We’ve had such an amazing experience staying at the Ranch! The mountain views are stunning, there are so many fun activities to do, and the house feels comfortable and cozy – a home away from home. Our kids loved exploring the adjacent range in our Side-by-Side and of course, sitting around the campfire! Loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
